Circle Lake Estates is a new housing development on Circle Lake, in the Northfield/Faribault area of southern Minnesota. It's located in the Northfield Public School District (ISD #659).

The site has thirty-three 1-4 acre lots, with eleven of them lakeshore and twenty-two sharing a beautiful spot of the lake.

The lots have natural gas and private wells. Sewage will be handled by the Forest Township Subordinate Sewer District.
